The Family Mission

To strengthen the ties of fellowship and kinship by reuniting family members biennially while

preserving and promoting the heritage of the descendants of The Ward Family. Unifying and

protecting the Ward legacy, bridging gaps between our elders and our youth, instilling Christian

values with integrity throughout the family while encouraging our present and future generations to

live a life that would make a difference in their present and future society while still preserving the

history and accomplishments of the ancestors and their descendants.

The Ward Family NEC leads efforts to unite the extended family by organizing reunions, preserving history, and enhancing connections across generations.

The Ward North Region brings our northern family together, bridging distances with vibrant events, regular updates, and connections that keep us close. We honor our roots while creating a lasting impact in our communities and strengthening family bonds.

Ward South Region

The Ward South Region unites family members across the southern states, celebrating our heritage and creating a supportive network through gatherings, community events, and shared traditions. Together, we strengthen our legacy of warmth and hospitality in the South.

In the Ward East Region, family members from the eastern states unite to celebrate our shared heritage and values. Through events and communications, we build meaningful connections and continue our tradition of resilience and family pride across the East.

1. Do I still need to complete the Ward Family Membership Form?

Yes. The Membership Form and the Reunion RSVP are two different submissions.
The Membership Form ensures we have your up-to-date contact information, family line, birthdays, and directory details.
Without it, you may miss reunion updates, hotel details, and activity announcements.

2. When will I receive the official hotel booking link?

After you submit the RSVP and membership form, the hotel link will be sent to the email or phone number you provided.
We will also post updates in the Ward Family Facebook Group.

3. How will I receive future updates about the 2026 reunion?

All communication will be shared through:

Email and/or text messages (based on your preferences)

Official reunion announcements sent by the Planning Committee

4. What if my plans change after submitting the RSVP?

No problem — you can update your RSVP at any time.
Just return to the form and resubmit your updated information, or contact the Planning Committee for assistance.

5. Do I need to complete the membership form for every family member?

No. Only one form per household, per 18 year + older individual is needed.
Please list all household members who should appear in the Ward Family Directory or receive updates.
